Munster Fleadh, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary
Fleadh Cheoil na Mumhan, now in its 49th year, has become the largest Provincial Fleadh in Ireland, Britain and United States. It plays host to visitors from home and abroad and Roscrea should prove to be a most popular venue having previously hosted the Fleadh in 2004.

16th - 21st August 2009
Scoil Éigse, in Tullamore, Co. Offaly
This 5-day Summer College offers tuition in all aspects of Irish traditional music, song, and dance. The college runs during the week in August that immediately precedes Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann.

21st - 23rd August 2009
Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
This is the third year for the Midlands town to host the All Ireland Fleadh.
With a tradition that includes prolific traditional composer, John Brady and the All-Ireland winning Longridge Céilí Band, Offaly has a strong musical reputation down through the years.
