Kilmihil Traditional Music and Dance Weekend, Co. Clare
Traditional sessions & Singers Club throughout the weekend, with Michael O’Brien & Dance Ensemble from Kenmare at two venues.

17th - 21st June 2009
Clare Fleadh, Kilfenora, Co. Clare
Come and join musicians from all over Clare in what will be a very memorable Fleadh. In 2009 the town celebrates not only the re-establishment of a very vibrant Branch of Comhaltas but also the centenary of the founding of the worlwide renowned Kilfenora Céilí Band in 1909!

July 4th - 12th 2009
Willie Clancy Summer School, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare
The Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy is Ireland's largest traditional music summer school, held annually since 1973 in memory of the piper Willie Clancy. During the week, nearly a thousand students from every part of the world attend daily classes taught by experts in Irish music and dance. In addition, a full program of lectures, recitals, dances (céilithe) and exhibitions are run by the summer school.
