Official Opening Of Fleadh Nua & Corofin Teach Ceoil Tribute

Located on the edge of the magnificent Burren, Corofin’s Teach Ceoil can rightly be described as “The Grand Ole Opry” of Traditional Music in County Clare. For no other venue in Ireland can boast that it has hosted an uninterrupted series of summer traditional entertainment since 1971. Such an enviable reputation could not be achieved or maintained were it not for serious effort and dedication on the part of the local Branch.
Fleadh Nua salutes these stalwarts and acknowledges their remarkable contribution towards the enrichment of North Clare’s cultural landscape and the wonderful entertainment which they have provided over the years.
